Derby County are reportedly among six clubs monitoring Brighton winger Tommy Watson ahead of the new season.
According to the Sunderland Echo, the Rams have expressed interest in the former Sunderland youngster, who became a club hero after scoring the dramatic stoppage-time winner in the 2025 Championship play-off final at Wembley.
Brighton had already secured Watson’s signature before that memorable moment, completing a £10 million transfer to bring the promising wide player to the Amex Stadium.
The 20-year-old, however, struggled to establish himself during his debut Premier League campaign, making just six league appearances without a single start. In search of regular first-team football, he joined Millwall on loan in February this year.
