Former Portsmouth favourite Jed Wallace is searching for a new club after confirming his departure from Championship side West Bromwich Albion at the end of his contract this summer.
The 32-year-old brings an end to a four-year spell at The Hawthorns, where he registered 16 goals and 16 assists across 150 appearances in all competitions. Wallace is among three players released by the Baggies following a disappointing campaign which saw the club finish just four points clear of the relegation zone, as new manager James Morrison prepares to reshape his squad ahead of next season.
The experienced winger is now set to become a free agent and will be available on a free transfer as he looks for the next move in a career that has included impressive spells with Portsmouth FC, Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. and Millwall F.C..
However, Wallace endured a difficult final season at West Brom, scoring only twice in 23 Championship appearances. That dip in form ultimately convinced Morrison and the club not to offer the former captain a contract extension, leaving him free to explore new opportunities this summer.
